Thank you for your continued support during the unpredictable times we’re facing.

I would like to inform you that the Local Authority is still asking for information about your child/ward’s plans for the next academic year.

The Local Authority and we at Lakelands have a duty to keep a record of your journey through education and training up to the age of 23.  At this point in your journey, we would like to find out about your intended destinations.

The attached form is a short link and can be followed very easily; it can be completed on Computer or on a mobile device.
