GCSE Results Day 22nd August 2019

Congratulations to our students, who have worked hard to achieve a great set of GCSE results.

Lakelands students have risen to the challenge of the tougher GCSE exams and achieved well across a range of subjects. 75% of students achieved a Grade 4+ (A*-C) in English Language and likewise 75% of students achieved a 4+ in Maths. An impressive 77% achieved 4+ in English Literature. Almost 70% of students achieved both English and Maths at Grade 4 – an important passport for further education, and 65% achieved Grade 4 or higher in two Sciences. Our EBacc figure is our best ever.
